1 The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.
If God is good, just, and holy, how can He allow so many bad and terrible things to occur on this earth? Even small children, and people who are dedicated to helping others, become victims of violence, disease, and various other hardships. If this is how God takes care of His own, who needs Him?
SECOND BOOK OF CORINTHIANS CHAPTER 4
VERSE 3: But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
VERSE 4: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of
them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of
Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Was 911 foretold by pictures on our currency?
This is a very common question, as many people do not understand how a good God could run such a blighted world. The answer to this question is plainly stated, in the scripture reference above. The simple fact is, God IS NOT in charge of this world!
In the book of Genesis we read how Adam was given dominion over this world, by God. When Adam sinned against God, Satan become the legal authority figure on earth. Adam's fall cost him his position of leadership, as he transferred it to Satan by believing the word of the devil above the word of God.
Most people today, do the EXACT same thing. They blame God for all of the misery and pain in this world, not realizing God has not been in charge here for thousands of years. Even our insurance companies blame God for many disasters, in their policies. The refuse to pay claims for "acts of God", to get off the hook.
When a child is killed by a drunken driver, most will question God as to why He would allow such a thing to happen. If one of these same people write a hit song, they take the credit for it. Have you ever seen a copyright by God? We blame God for everything bad that happens, yet we want the credit for everything that turns out good. Talk about a double standard, we slander God with almost every word we utter.
That is why BELIEVERS are referred to as people who are NOT OF THIS WORLD. Our citizenship is in heavenly places, and our ruler is God. We may live on earth, but we have transformed our allegiance to a much higher authority than Satan. We know that ONLY GOOD comes from God, and that evil ALWAYS comes from the rebellious devil and his followers.
Once you realize the god of this world is Satan, it becomes EASY to understand why disaster, havoc, and destruction, are so common place. As bad as this world is, it is only a fleeting moment as compared to eternity. God will allow you to become one of His own, why not accept Him and dump the god of this world? (while you still can)
